      @@justbreathe8835 Partially agree with yr comment, remember language works both ways: to communicate true information or distort any message. So, everyone has to judge by their (own) idiosyncrasy. That said, clearly, the message by Jeff Carver means that he is being performing Julia´s workouts daily for 1.5 year so far. As said, everyone reads it in a very different way. Have a good one.

    Thank you for your videos. Every day a different one pops up on my feed, and I take it as a sign that that is the one I need for the day.
    Having the pre exercise view is amazing, so I know what to do, but more importantly it enables you to guide us without speaking.
    In the mornings when I need to be in a quiet bubble, that is so helpful.
