    🎯 Target areas: all joints that benefit from mobilisation aka spine, shoulders, hips, ankles & wrists!
    💭 How To Use: perfect as a morning, evening or lunch break routine or whenever you feel the need to move! This one can be done daily.
    🔧 Equipment: none!

    Hey Team 👋🏼.
    Here’s a variation of my favourite mobility exercise combined for the ideal all-rounder routine. 😍
    Read below for more info. 👇🏼
    🔥 The Perfect Daily Routine?
    You may want to do a mobility routine like this every day. Wonder why?
    The selection of exercises covers all big joints (spine, shoulders, hips) & their major movement patterns. 🦴
    These are relatively easy to perform or can be modified for each individual. 🤸🏼‍♀️
    They include multiple joints and/or movement patterns and are therefore a more efficient use of your time. ⏳
    Disclaimer:
    All of that being said - please be aware that there’s no such thing as a truly perfect „one size fits it all“ routine:
    - we all have different prerequisites (anatomically/genetically)
    - we all live different lives & jobs that influence our joints & muscles
    - we are all in different stages of our movement / training journeys
    - we need mobility for different things (e.g. specific sports)
    ..to name just a few.
    But this is generally a great starting point. Any movement is better than none. 🤸🏼‍♀️ See you on the mat. 🔥

      @@justbreathe8835 Partially agree with yr comment, remember language works both ways: to communicate true information or distort any message. So, everyone has to judge by their (own) idiosyncrasy. That said, clearly, the message by Jeff Carver means that he is being performing Julia´s workouts daily for 1.5 year so far. As said, everyone reads it in a very different way. Have a good one.

    Got home laaaate from a concert an hour and a half drive from home AND my body won’t let me sleep in anymore. Holy heck was this wonderful for a post-dance and long-drive sore body
